The role of drilling fluid desilter

Drilling fluid desilter is an important part of the three-stage mud purification equipment for drilling fluid, and it is often used in combination with the shale shaker. Mainly use 5-inch and 4-inch hydrocyclones, whose function is to separate solid particles in the drilling fluid with a particle size in the range of 15-47μm. Such a drilling fluid desilter is widely used in oil drilling rigs, especially suitable for various oil drilling rigs such as ZJ70, ZJ50 and ZJ40, and can be used in conjunction with a closed drilling fluid circulation system.

Stabilization of Drilling Fluid Properties:

By efficiently eliminating harmful solid-phase particles, the desander maintains the key performance parameters of the drilling fluid, such as density, viscosity, and shear force, within stable ranges.
